INSURANCE

Currently some health insurances, as well as most auto injury claims, will cover therapeutic and medical massage with our skilled licensed massage therapists. If you are uncertain of your insurance coverage, call the phone number on the back of your card for benefits and eligibility. Some insurance will only pay certain types of providers, so please make sure that they will pay a Licensed Massage Therapist, and find out your coverage for out of network providers as we are currently not in network with any health insurance companies. You will usually have different coverage and deductibles for out of network providers. We are sorry that we are unable to take OHP, Medicaid, Jackson Care Connect, United or Regence Blue Cross insurance, and we do not currently bill for Worker’s Compensation claims.

If you have never seen us before using your insurance as payment we will need to verify your coverage before scheduling you. Please call or email and provide us with your insurance information before booking your initial appointment. Most auto injury claims require a prescription for massage. We will need to take a copy of your insurance and ID cards at your first appointment with us. Please note that we are unable to bill insurance for sessions longer than 60 minutes, however you may pay out of pocket for extra time if you like.

For auto injuries please verify that you haven’t used up your Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits and bring the following to your first massage-

  • Your insurance and ID cards
  • Name and phone number of your claims adjuster
  • Claim number
  • A prescription for massage therapy from your medical doctor
